1. Description of Contest Offer: The 2010 Cash for Cabinets Ugly Kitchen Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Southeastern Salvage, Southeastern Salvage Home Emporium, Home Emporium and Discount Building Materials and Home Decor ("Sponsor"). Sponsor will award one (1) prize to one (1) winner per Market from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Markets include Chattanooga, TN; Chesapeake, VA; Shreveport, LA; Cincinnati, OH; Irondale, AL; Mobile, AL; Nashville, TN; Knoxville, TN; Columbia, SC; and surrounding areas ("Market"). Entries may be submitted through the SoutheasternSalvage.com site or at one of Sponsor’s store locations.

2. Promotion Period: The Contest promotion begins March 10, 2010, at 12:00:00 am, EST, and ends April 8, 2010, at 11:59:59 pm, EST ("Promotion Period"), thirty (30) days from the start of the Contest. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Winner will be contacted within 10 days of end of Contest.

3. How to Enter: To enter online, complete the online entry form provided through the SoutheasternSalvage.com site. By completing the online entry form, you are agreeing to be notified by e-mail if you are the winner of the Contest. You must attach a color photo of your “ugly” kitchen to be eligible. Photos must be in jpeg format and no larger than 2MB in size.

To enter at a store location, bring in a 4x6 color photo of your “ugly” kitchen with your name, address, phone number, age, e-mail address (if applicable), and store location nearest you on the back of the photo. By entering the contest, you are agreeing to be notified by mail or phone if you are the winner of the Contest.

All parts of the entry must be filled out correctly; incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage due entries, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels are void. Only one (1) entry per household is permitted regardless of method of entry unless otherwise noted by Sponsor. Duplicated entries will be voided. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All entrants grant permission for Sponsor to use submitted photos for advertising and promotional purposes in the future, including the Sponsor’s website, without further compensation. Names will not be used with photos. In the unlikely event the Sponsor encounters technical or equipment failures such as telephone network lines failing, computer online systems failing, servers and/or provider services go down, or human error in connection with the Contest, etc., the Sponsor will not be held responsible.

4. Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Entrant must be the homeowner of the property and must live within a one hundred (100) mile radius of the store location where they are entering the Contest. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. To be eligible to win, entries must be received by Sponsor in the format designated in step 3 above. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers or their immediate families are not eligible. The total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period determines the odds of winning. By entering, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. No purchase necessary to win.

5. Description of Prize: ALL ENTRIES will receive a 10% off coupon to be used for any one time purchase at any of our store locations. The 10% discount is good for full purchase, not just a single item. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to a qualified winner per Market. Prize consists of a $5,000 in-store credit to be spent at the store location where they entered. The exact prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on their kitchen layout. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Maximum retail value for all winners shall be a $5,000 USD in-store credit of merchandise only. Merchandise is not returnable or redeemable for cash. Winner is responsible for picking up merchandise. No delivery available.

6. Awarding of Contest Prize: The choosing of winners in the Contest is highly subjective in nature; therefore winners of the Contest are at the discretion of Sponsor’s corporate office 2nds in Building Materials, Inc., Chattanooga TN and all decisions are final and binding. One (1) winner will be chosen per Market. Winners will be notified by e-mail, phone or by certified mail, return receipt requested, within ten (10) days of the drawing. Winners must complete and submit a Certificate of Eligibility in order to claim his/her prize within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to comply with these Official Rules, failure to execute and return the required documents within fourteen (14) days of notification or the return of the prize notification as undeliverable, will result in awarding the prize to an alternate winner. Upon alternate winner's failure to comply with these Official Rules, failure to execute and return the required documents within fourteen (14) days of notification or the return of the prize notification as undeliverable, the alternate winner forfeits the prize and no additional alternate winner shall be chosen. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Entry constitutes permission to use the winner's name, hometown and submitted photo for advertising and promotional purposes in the future, including the Sponsor’s website, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor also reserves the right to obtain an “After” photo of the winner’s remodeled kitchen for advertising and promotional purposes in the future without further compensation. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Sponsor, its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this Contest. Offer void where prohibited.

7. Limitation on Liability: The Contest is subject to all applicable laws in the United States. Void where prohibited and in any country except the United States. Sponsor may prohibit entrants from participating in the Contest and disqualify entries if they attempt to enter the Contest through means not described in the rules, attempt to disrupt the Contest or circumvent the rules, act in an un-sportsmanlike manner or with intent to annoy or harass any other entrant, Sponsor or Promoter. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Contest should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor or Promoters, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Contest. All decisions are final. Sponsor makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the Contest prize including, but not limited to, quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular prize. Entrants agree that any and all claims, disputes or causes of action arising from or related to the Contest shall be resolved without resort to any form of class action or other lawsuit and shall be conclusively resolved or settled by mediation or arbitration (at the sole discretion of Sponsor) under state or local laws or procedures governing such mediation or arbitration proceedings in the jurisdiction of the Sponsors corporate offices in Hamilton County Tennessee where such proceedings shall be held.
